I am seriously smitten with Spring right now. All of the bright flowers, colors in bloom, the fresh fruit, it's all so inspiring. Cocktails are also a big favorite (I mean, who doesn't love a delicious cocktail?) And because champagne and celebrations go hand-in-hand, I am loving the idea of a signature champagne cocktail complete with fresh muddled fruit or juice. A Mimosa or Bellini is the perfect spring wedding drink, and a mimosa bar - complete with different juices to top of that champagne and sliced fresh fruit for added flare, is something unexpected and oh-so-fun at a wedding or shower.
